In case of service termination, customer is required to submit a written notice to One Hosting Limited 30 days prior to termination date. Upon Termination, customer should ensure the server is in original configuration. All software installed in server should be removed.

One Hosting Limited will not be responsible for any claims, losses, complaints or legal actions caused by installation of hardware, free software or licensed/ copyrighted software by customer, including the third party server administration software licensed through ONEhosting.  
3.
Use of ONEhosting's network for the purpose of spamming (unsolicited bulk emailing) or spamming through other Internet service providers on ONEhosting's servers is strictly prohibited. ONEhosting reserves all rights to terminate the service immediately without any prior notice to customer if such actions cause any deficiencies on ONEhosting's network or complaints from others.

Any use of ONEhosting's networking facilities of unlawful purposes, including distribution, transmission of publication of trade secrets, pornographic materials, copyrighted materials, or contents which are classified by law to be threatening, obscene or profane, are strictly prohibited.
